European Union directive and its national implementation
Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council requires organizations with 50 or more employees to establish an internal whistleblowing channel. In Finland, these requirements have been implemented through national whistleblower protection legislation.
The Anywhistle reporting channel is designed to help organizations meet the requirements of the EU Whistleblower Directive and applicable national legislation.

Yes. The whistleblower’s identity remains protected throughout the entire process. No personal information is required when submitting a report, and we do not store the whistleblower’s IP address or information about their computer or browser.
All data stored in the system is encrypted and protected from unauthorized access. Any location or device information contained in attached photographs is removed. If the whistleblower provides an email address, it is encrypted and is not visible to those handling the report.
The reporting pages operate independently of WordPress themes and third-party plugin scripts. This prevents analytics and cookie consent tools from identifying or tracking the whistleblower.
The reporting system has been developed by Altivo Oy. Because the service is provided independently, the organization concerned by the report does not have access to the entire system. It only has access to its own reports and the communication related to them.
Using an independent external service provider gives your organization a secure reporting channel while helping to protect the whistleblower’s privacy from the moment a report is submitted until the process is complete.

Each company has its own dedicated whistleblowing system.
After submitting a whistleblowing report, you will receive a username and password. These allow you to follow the progress of your report and view any comments related to it.
Anonymous two-way communication also allows you to provide additional information or send attachments at a later stage.
Remember to keep your username and password in a safe place. They will not be sent by email and cannot be recovered if lost.
